The Baneblade is the primary super-heavy tank used by the Imperial Guard and is one of the largest and oldest tanks used by the Imperium. These massive. I’m about to buy a baneblade not sure what variant I am going to make but that isn’t important. I don’t have a data sheet for it and don’t really. Hello guys it’s me again. I just bought a baneblade to add to my guard army and I am having trouble finding out which book has the most.

FYI, the numbers are off for the vets.
The Hunting Lance can only be used on the turn the Riders charge, but unlike several prior editions, it works every time you charge throughout the match and not just once. Either way; the Shadowsword has a very good chance of bringing down even the biggest of titans.
Baneblades – + ASTRA MILITARUM + – The Bolter and Chainsword
After putting together some tests of this it becomes apparent that the area that the guard struggles with in terms of flexibilty is actually the troop slot. I believe that the Officer of the Fleet is still in the “combined Imperium” book, though I could be wrong there. The SS and SS suffer imo from “only” having d6 shots. If the autoloaders jam or malfunction, the third loader has to clear out and refill the entire system by means of the sponson access hatch located outside the tank, a dangerous task in the middle of combat.
You would have to link them by nature of “Imperium” faction. June 3, 5: Heavy 2D6Str 10, Ap -4, 3 Damage The main attraction of 40k is the miniatures, but there are also many video games, board games, books, ect. The fluff reason is because the missiles had a tendency to self detonate when exposed to enemy fire, resulting in several tanks being destroyed by their own missiles.
Still as dxtasheet as Hissy keeps showing up this is one of the most entertaining threads ever. The pintle-mounted weapons are good, but not required; the same goes for the Hunter-Killer Missile.
FW book gave us vendettas and armageddon pattern medusas back… medusa is very nice, essentially an indirect demolisher cannon with 36” range but d3 dmg. June 6, 5: The Shadowsword is looking at absolutely wrecking other Lords of War, but maybe the Baneblade is just the better multi-purpose choice, since it’s rocking a demolisher cannon too.
It is as alien to me as doubt, rage, or mercy. Krak missiles, lascannons, and multi-meltas also only give you one shot. It sucks that platoons are gone. For some reason I thought they were coming out later. Orders auto pass so win there. This tank is likely to remain a very competitive choice in 8th Edition. Blah-blah-blah, you get the point I’m sure.
Someone couldn’t have seriously tested that out and decided that was fine. It’s harder to work out costs manually now, but definitely a more flexible system and we’ll probably prefer it when we get used to it.
It also has a hellhammer turret, are the rules for this in the same place? In the larger games, the long ranged D shot does make it more worthwhile.
Baneblade – 1d4chan
Because of its massive array of weapons charging one is a very bad idea: Well worth the points in my opinion. Splatting tanks, Marines or whatever it can handle almost anything well. This point cost does include all the goodies, so don’t be afraid to splurge on two sets of sponsons, a pintle-mounted weapon and a Hunter-Killer Missile.
Even better, it’s essentially a smaller Baneblade Cannon and still packs a helluva wallop, making it useful even when not utilizing the ‘must move half’ bit of its rules. Still, it does kill MEQ really well, and is better versus tanks. That brings this Stormlord to points.
For what i have seen so far from the leaks, it looks like the PC is a bit useless or not so important to have anymore. Posted 22 March – The well-disciplined Imperial Guard Astra Militarum may have kept their plans and organisation under better wraps than the vast majority of 40K armies, but the time has now come for the foes of the Emperor to quake at the first signs of the many billion-strong forces preparing to array against them.
Optional toys are a pintle mounted multilaser or heavy flamer and up to 4!
As a bonus, if someone charges you then all your flamers get a free round of shooting! From Warhammer 40k – Lexicanum. June 10, 9:
